A few things about this hotel. Looks fabulous from the outside and the reception area is very nice. Rooftop bar is lovely with great views of the city and a lovely pool which might be nice in the summertime. The location is good.
The rooms are very dated and small. Check in is very slow. TV reception is very poor. The air con did not work properly so the room was very stuffy in January. There are no curtains so it's quite bright even at night. Some of the items on the bar menu were not available to buy.
I would probably not stay here again. I would imagine there are other hotels in the same area that would be more comfortable.

The hotel location is brilliant, very walk-able to most places. The hotel is in urgent need of modernisation and refurbishment. The rooms do not look as though they have been refurbished when they opened and has a very dated 70s look.

The rooms are dated and in need of some maintenance - they are correct for the price and location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast wasn't great - give that a miss. Lots of great sites and restaurants within walking distance.

My studio apartment was comfortable, if a bit worn. Kitchen was fully equipped and quite handy for me cooking most meals. The location is excellent, right next to Rossio plaza and the metro. The hotel has a nice rooftop bar with amazing views and a small pool. Good price for the location.

We stayed for a couple of nights on 8th floor. I see some other reviewers complained about noice we however had no such problems maybe because the location of our room. Just under the roof terrace with bar and pool. From our balcony we had great panorama views over beutiful Lisboa. Breakfast at the hotel was ok. But even better was that our room had a small kitchen so we make or own meals. I gladly recommend this hotel.
