We stayed in the royal terrace apartment which was amazing. This room had a rooftop balcony which included a jacuzzi, double sun bed , and quality seating area. Well worth the extra cash. Hotel is in a good location within walking distance to bars and restaurants. If not all inclusive then the hotel bar prices could be a bit pricey. Entertainment at night was good for the kids not so much for the adults. Hotel supermarket was a bonus and very reasonable priced. I will definitely be back to stay again.

I was expecting more for a 4* hotel. The room we were given had the worst mattress I ever slept. They were although very kind to provide us with an extra mattress so we could get some decent sleep but unfortunately didn't make any big difference.I can't say that the room was clean enough. The furniture was old and obviously used. The view from the room was also bad. We were given a room that looked in the street but also to the roof of a restaurant and a very loud karaoke bar. It could have been better. The staff in the reception, on the other hand, was really nice, kind and helpful.

We had a lovely one bedroom apartment on th 5th floor, it was very up to date , the place was spotless, the staff very helpful and friendly, we ate in the restaurant most nights it was very reasonably priced and with a huge selection of dishes. I will definitely go there again, great for an autumn break

Just got back from a great week in Alcudia at the Viva Sunrise.
Hotel was spotless. Reception staff were super efficient and knowledgeable. Restaurant and bar staff were really friendly and attentive (particularly Manuel, who made our daughter laugh a lot). Cleaning staff were wonderful, too. Food was good and our kids loved the ice creams and milkshakes, which they took full advantage of. We arrived late October (had wonderful weather) and left on the last day as the hotel began to close up for Winter. Staff remained on top of their game to the very end.
Small request: Heat the pool. Even if we have to pay a few Euros more. Just a few degrees. Please.

Myself and my family booked to go to Viva Sunrise as a âcheapishâ holiday. We didnât expect the high standards that we arrived to. The hotel was so family friendly with great kids entertainment throughout the day, the cleanliness throughout the hotel was a very high standard with daily room cleans & towel replacement. We upgraded to all inclusive on arrival at a great price and was not disappointed with a large selection on food & drinks. The pool area is lovely & has sun all day. The staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. An upgrade room became available on our 2nd day there with a large balcony and hot tub so we switched to that at a bargain cost (highly recommended) we are already looking to book for next year. ðâï¸âï¸ðð¸
