I've stayed here several times over the years. The service and food are always excellent. Wifi is good and the facilities overall are very good. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in the Whitefield area.

I stayed at the hotel for 12 nights. At the beginning everything was great, there was one issue with my reservation company and they solved it immediately, bur there were some negative points in my stay. Wifi was not very good if you want to have face time with someone forget it you wont make it, or if you want to have an skype meeting you wont make it. Also make sure that when you ask for lunch to take to the office, please confirm it twice, if not they will forget it. The taxi service is great, it is kind of expensive but it is worth it. Also the staff is very gentle if you have any issue dot hesitate in contacting any of them. Overall my stay at the hotel was very good.

During my business visit i stayed at this hotel.
The Terracotta Indian restaurant which is located in the hotel server delicious food at reasonable price.
Also the stay and care in the hotel is excellent
All in all a very pleasant experience.

I stayed here from Monday to Friday arriving jet lagged and exhausted but from the first minute I arrived to leaving the staff could not have done enough to make me feel welcome.
The breakfast buffet is fabulous with a very wide variety of choice of typical English breakfast, American breakfast (pancakes etc), wide selection of pastries, fresh juices, Indian breakfast.
I ate in the hotel a few evenings and while there is a buffet with a good selection I preferred the a la carte and I thought the pricing was very reasonable.
The room was of a high standard and when I asked for English Breakfast Tea I received about 6 of them and they were replenished everyday. A fabulous shower and storage space made it very comfortable. I was also delighted that there was a good range of TV channels and enjoyed watching lots of cricket (when in India...)
My leisure aim for my trip was to try and get 1 hour in the sun and being able to spend by the pool (again great service) which I achieved and the pool and surrounding area is clean and a good place to hangout.
If I need to go back this will be my first choice of hotel

Stayed here for a night, property is not very big but well managed. Service is excellent and you would enjoy hospitality of staff. Food is good, and i loved the desserts at 'Caramel'. Overall fantastic place to stay.
