We were welcomed with a Welcome Drink and guided to our room by a Front Office Executive..A courtesy well Appreciated..A Theme Dinner every Weekday, we enjoyed DElhi Punjabi food and Hyderabadi dishes, well attended by the Staff. Food in Buffet was delicious. Room was Comfortable well equipped with Gadgets. Travel Desk promptly arranged the City Tour and Sight Seeing for us. Overall a Good Experience.

it was very special day for me because it was celabrated with School and childhood friends...It was a great experience there the food was very delicious....
I thank the boy RAM who was there to help in our moment.The pool sitting was so good.

Indeed a wonderful place to stay...it's well connected to both the old city and new city..public transport is available easily around the hotel..begumpet metro station is very close...the staff is good hotel is well maintained..good pool good gym ..nice rooms..great ambience..loved it.

Last week I had stayed at Vivanta by Taj, Hyderabad during a business trip. I can say over all it was good experience. Hotel is located in the heart of the city, easily approachable. Rooms are very nice gives you complete comfort. Hospitality by each of the staff are really nice. Food also very nice and tasty, offered a vide range of varieties at your choice. Hotel also provide you airport pick up and drop if required.

Not happy with the first room given so next night was upgraded to exactly the same room I'd had on a previous visit.Staff really tried to meet my needs on every occasion. The GM, Srinivas Lahari, met me on 2 occasions to try to ensure that I was satisfied with everything. In the bar and in the restaurant, staff greeted me by name and genuinely wanted to ensure that I had a positive experience. Thank you Vinay, Gurmeet, Manish, Tapas, Sahil. Also Sachin from front desk! However, I felt that the food and alcoholic drinks were over priced and while sometimes the food was excellent, at other times it was indifferent. E.g. pizza not up to scratch.Hired a car for a 4 hour trip to Golkonda Fort and tombs. Excellent driver and comfortable car.
