Popped in on Friday to the enclosed Atrium. Sat for half an hour watching 4/5 staff walking around. Yup you've guessed it five star and no one came near us. Had to go to the server to order and even to pay.... not returning.... simply poor service and no interest in customers

Hubby and I had an overnight stay in this lovely hotel. From the moment we entered the hotel we were met with delightful staff, from the doorman to the lovely Receptionist who looked after all our needs. She was kind enough to upgrade us to a lovely room with a castle view. We dined in the beautiful Pompadour Restaurant and the staff could not do enough for us, explaining each dish in detail. The hotel itself is very central and hopefully it won't be long until we visit again.

Travelling in the off-peak season, this was incredible value to stay at a prestigious luxury hotel for such a great price. The lobby is stunning, the breakfast buffet is over the top. Excellent bath products.

Stayed at The Caledonian with the family, just before Christmas. The hotel was everything we had hoped for. The staff were all very friendly & professional. The rooms were immaculate. A highlight included the beautiful, extensive breakfast which included good coffee & fresh honeycomb. We also enjoyed a fabulous afternoon tea in Peacock Alley. Thank you for a great family Christmas break. Although expensive, it turned out to be money well spent.
