Like all ITC Group Hotel this also is very clean and staff v very welcoming and helpful. The staff is very knowledgeable of the city and guide you perfectly on this requirement of yours of places to visit . The food is superb especially the Indian food.

Being an ITC club member , its a normal choice to see a hotel which is near airport and I should be able to move around. As per location its easy 4 km from Airport , taxi may charge Rs 250 approx . Went early asked for early checkin , which they refused and the Manager at reception told that i need to pay 50 percent for the same. For which i agreed as was travelling a lot. I booked through an Indian website mmt, and told them as well that I need checkin by 9 am if possible. Anyhow, the rooms are not like 5 star , they are pretty ordinary and further the bathroom and stuff is ordinary. As said that they have a jogging track of 1 km or swimming pool, its just for the show. Jogging Track not worth to call, and swimming pool doesnt maintain temperature so was cold . Service is one thing which i appreciate they are prompt and fast. Front office in general is courteous. Breakfast and dinner has lot of choices but space is little specially when you have more tour operators around. Ellora Caves are around 40 min and you can take a prepaid or OLA at approx Rs 1500 return which is fine. Hotel is clean but I think it needs some sort of renovation. Further when I checked out they didnt charged me that extra 50 percent which certainly they got one extra star in this rating. Enjoy Aurangabad and Enjoy Rama

Me and my wife had excellent experience in the hotel including in their restaurant and in-room dining. As said earlier, they were courteous right from security at the entrance till we checked out. Your catering supervisor (?) Mr Kailash and his assistant Mr Sachin were of great help during in-room dining.

Stayed for 2 weeks recently, the rooms are comfortable, good facilities, clean, well maintained and airy. There are options for local India food, pasta made to your desire and Chinese style, all of which are really good. The overall service from all the staff is very good. Special note to Pawan and Sanjeev in the restaurants who made my stay pleasant. The facilities, pool, shops, jogging trail, exercise room, etc are all good. The recently created Chinese restaurant is first class, love the food and style. Only minor complaint is that check out can be complicated, especially when it runs across the month end and you get two bills, one which has been completed, the other is that the bar needs a refurb. But overall very good and look forward to returning soon.

We have organized a Customer Meet program and booked the conference room in hotel Rama . we found their services and facilities are very good and organized. food quality is also awesome. staff behaviors and especially the function coordinator Mr. Vijay Kanerkar( Banquet manager) services are excellent and he over all managed very well. best wishes and thanku so much to the entire team. regards- Sunil Sharma- Head HR & Admin, JSW MI Steel Service, Pune
