Hi,
We booked this hotel over phone and gave Mr. Udhaya Shankar Advance amount. He sent us the photos of nice villa. But when we reached on 26th Jan 2018 night, he did not show up, and gave us completely different villa with leakage on roof and all smelly and dusty villa, also name was lake front villa, which was not as per his commitment. And he told us its a local politics so we can't give you the good room which was shown.
That's not the end of the story, next day morning, the housekeeping person was not picking up the phone till 7.30 AM, told us that our service starts after 7.30 AM, fine. The height was, we were four people and he gave us one wet towel and told its a home stay we cant provide you more. Which is not true it's a cottage and nowhere mentioned its a home-stay.
All above That owner Mr. Udaya shankar was not ready to meet us to apologies or understand the problem.
We literally had to beg every time for service person to come and give us room service.
Second day he gave us the room which was committed at the time of booking.
We had worst experience guys be careful while booking.

I stayed last week. Its My Honeymoon . Hospitality is good, Service is good
Cab provided by them . Driver cum Guide. Property Located inside the trust.
BreakFast was excellent
Flowerbed decoration and ballon decoration is excellent

visited for the second time after the stay during 2015 and not the same as before . the place stings and the beds were with stains , tv not working, no water , . gave a complaint to the owner with the photos and no response . PLEASE AVOID
