Nice modern features in the room, Mike is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. I'd normally try and get a place with allocated parking, but there's so much space on the road nearby this was easier than many places I've stayed to park. Didn't miss the cooked breakfast, more than enough on offer to fill up for the day.

I Stayed here one night as part of a week doing a show at the Minack Theatre. On arrival I received a warm welcome from the owner and was shown to my room which was absolutely spotless. After coming in quite late I had an excellent nights sleep and woke up to a nicely presented continental breakfast selection. If you need accommodation in Penzance then I would thourghly recommend this guest house which I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

We received a warm welcome to a very well maintained home. Our room was at the back and everything in the newly decorated room was brand new. Some may not like a cold style breakfast but I embraced the change and was very glad I did.
The host seemed to know something about every thing/where and was a mine of info which he was very willing to share.

A very warm and friendly greeting on arrival, nice chat about the day, shown up to the room and given the lay of the land. How things work and where they are.
Fantastic room at the top of the house, views over the street and around town, very comfy bed and well appointed.
Breakfast is continental and plenty of it. One change to European versions; the meat and cheese will be offered and brought out to you, so don't panic if the buffet looks a little light on.
Coffee and tea available and promptly delivered.
Parking is on the street, plentiful and but no fee nor time limit.
Given good tips on where to eat and how to get there, including a walking path into town.

What a beautiful location with a wonderful family atmosphere about it. The room was perfect; hotel quality. Everything within short walking distance.
I loved it and will definitely be back to visit again.
