Location is the saving grace otherwise we would have walked out.Service is terrible.Food below average.Beds are uncomfortable.Priced like a 4 Star hotel and delivered like a lodge.Shower experience was poor.

Far from city noise, very near to Karde sea beach ( less than 5 min by walk) makes it perfect for someone who loves to relax in the view of sea waves.
Food - the 2 most highlights of foods for us were:
1)Variety of Fishes like Surmai, Pompfret, Mandili koliwada, bangada, prawn curry etc, fresh and delicious were served for stay of 3 Nights
2) Mesmerizing white Modak at your budget.

Sea Facing AC suit rooms with Power backup
Absolutely scenic view.
Pleasant experience to watch and hear sea at early morning and night.
Connected with Wifi.
Service :- Staff were helpful and courteous; One of the best experiences with staff hospitality; were very prompt and responsive for every request we made.

Location -
- sea facing with private beach with almost complete privacy.
- away from main dapoli city,
- important point for those who are traveling first time and by their own car "NO MOBILE NETWORK AVAILABLE ON ROAD AND SAY HOTEL HENCE CARRY HARD COPY MAPS"
- "no network means can't use CREDIT/DEBIT, so carry sufficient cash"
Rooms -
- all rooms are sea facing and excellent view from top floor rooms
- AC rooms are available but too much power fluctuations and limited backup from DG set. We faced 1 complete day (or of 3 day stay) power shutdown.
Food -
- try some local sea food, we found it very tasty and authentic.
- don't expect luxury in food variety, since they have limited menu.
- you can bring raw fish from outside and give it to kitchen to cook it for you
- Please go with lot of patience, staff is bit slow.
Service -
- average service, but can't expect more from local people.
- humble and supportive people.
Recommendation -
- ask for top most floor room
- give food order 2 hours in advance
- carry as much cash as possible, since nearest working ATM will be 1 hour long from hotel
- Carry as much outdoor games with you
- try to go with big family group....

we were this hotel for two days in summer 2016.
as seeing images hotel location is good.
but there is no service as room are poor, not cleaned ceilling. Bed is in metal so dosent have comfertable back. foot mat is so small in bedroom. for 4 peoples for two nights stay the had given 1 small soap and 1 sampoo sashe, no adiquate platform in room.
we have booked 2 ac rooms 15 days before but when we check in they said 1 ac rooms ac was not working.( Infact they have given to other persons room whoes ac was not working ) A.C. exterior unit is fitted in passage from which water is coming in passage.
lift was not working.
for me its very avarage hotel regarding its cost.

Stayed for 2 nights in May 2016. Despite booking a week in advance, lots of issues came up.. AC not working was most horrible, poor management, no water in the morning, no hot water even in the scheduled timing, fluctuating food quality, bad Oder in bathrooms, poor and stinky approach to beach etc. Overall good building with very poor management and bad services.
