Wonderful Guest House with a lovely warm atmosphere. My room was small but very clean and cosy and with everything anyone could ask for. I consider the home cooked breakfast to be one of the best I have had. If you include the excellent location straight across from the railway station and a kind and welcoming host then this has to be the best value accommodation in Penzance.

Great location as I needed somewhere close to the station. My room was small but spotlessly clean, warm and safe. The owner made special arrangements for me for breakfast as I had to be out early. Good value.

One of the worst B&B ever tried! Positive point: the room was clean. Weak points: a long list!
The place looks really dismal, old and consumed furniture, extra small and noisy bedroom, you can hear your neighbours and all the noise of the world from the street! At breakfast, the smell was simply disgusting with a strong smell of oil in all the dining room, I ate just toast with jam then I went immediately out because the air was unbreathable! Simply depressing looks like a place that maybe 15 years ago was nice but now nobody cares. Don't go!

We had a lovely stay with Kathy who couldn't have done more to make us feel at home. Very friendly service and a really fantastic breakfast.
Rooms are clean, well equipped and very comfortable.
Great location and a very nice cat which is always a bonus for me.
Definitely will stay again.

Very well situated near to Penzance station, stayed just 1 night before heading to Scilly. Clean room and comfy bed, lovely nights sleep, delicious breakfast and you must try the homemade jams! Room had TV, tea & coffee facilities and liked the extra touches in the bathroom with pots of cotton wool/buds. Landlady Kathy was lovely, friendly & helpful. As suggested in other reviews it could do with some renovation but we liked the quirkiness of the building and would stay again.
