Picked up by the wilderness car from candolim had a nice drive up to Chorla. We then had a 1km jeep ride to reception (quite bumpy but fun) . After arrival drinks shown to our cabin. We had a forest view. Great room large bed and great shower room. Lunch time buffet was incredible vast choices great selection. Evening meal BBQ was great plus large choices inside on the buffet.
Overall a fantastic 2 nights only problem was at night it gets quite cold but reception provide more blankets on request.
Staff are very friendly and helpful nothing is too much for them.
Would definitely revisit.

This has been one of the best holidays we had. The place is around 2 hrs by road from Goa airport. It is a calm and serene place with minimalistic and eco-friendly design. Staff members are very friendly and eager to serve. The food was simple and tasty with local flavours. The resort doesn't have any WiFi or TV but the activities in the resort will keep you busy. Would recommend to get some board or card games if you want keep yourself engaged beyond the activities in the resort. Would highly recommend this place. A nice break from busy city life.

We got picked up from our hotel by a car provided by Wildernest and travelled about 2 hours up into the mountains for an overnight stay . We had to wait an hour for our room but were able to use the fabulous pool while we did. The views from the pool were fantastic even thou the water was cold . There were 3 meals provided , lunch ,dinner and breakfast if you like traditional Indian food you would be pleased but I found it a bit spicy for me . We took some snacks with us . Our room was a forest room set in the jungle and was lovely, no tv or wifi, totally away from it all . Lots of walks and walking involved so take sensible shoes. Loads of wild life so have your camera at the ready . Lovely place that makes the most of the views

The location of Resort is Amazing.
The staff is decent and service is quick.
Food is authentic all throughout the day.
Plenty of activities like Bird Watching, Sunset Trek, Waterfall Trek, Folk Dance, pottery to do at the hotel.
The waterfall view rooms offers complete privacy and have an amazing balcony for sitout.

Now, before I start my review, I just want to make it clear that we stayed here in 2013 (not 2017 as stated in the "required field", however I haven't been reviewing for very long so this review is VERY long over due!!
We came here for 3 nights during our visit to Goa and this place was one of our highlights!
The room was very comfortable, but beware that you're in the jungle so there are bugs, gheckos ect ect. Our room had a balcony over looking the jungle and mountains and is just an incredible space to chill and watch the sunset. Monkey's are in the area and came to our balcony attracted by a fig tree. the shower was great too!
Daily activities are organised from bird watching to treks to a waterfall through the jungle, so you can get a taste of nature.
The infinity pool is set in an incredible location overlooking the mountains
The food provided was soooo good and all made fresh and set out in a buffet style setting where you eat with other guests (or alone if preferred)
Getting to and from the wildernest was easy too, as car was arranged to collect us and drop us off at our next destination too which is really helpful considering how remote this place is! I would suggest contacting them prior to booking to discuss this as an option!
All In all, this was a great experience and I would 100% come back again someday :)
