Room was in the fifth floor.Room was good.but room locking was with a ordinary lock.

The knowledge of the reception regarding dealing online booked customers
are poor.I don't think many customers doing online booking is coming to stay there.
I don't know why Trip Advisor has listed this hotel in their budget hotels.It reflects more on Trip advisors reputation
No proper Manager or management is there in this hotel.They staff is not even keen to smile at customers
Regarding the Rangoli restaurants and complimentary breakfast lasts said is better.
I will not henceforth recommend this hotel to anything of my friends or relatives

The rooms are soooo bad and dirty don't you won't feel like staying at the hotel even for an hour ...the washroom is sooo badly maintained .It needs an immediate renovation .Please dont book your stay at this hotel.
The hotel needs urgent renovations and a quick change of staff...

Horrible place, A totally bad experience. Fraudulent front desk staff misleading gullible customers into checkin on the pretext of giving a good discount on checkout. The place is in need of urgent maintenance. Non AC rooms on 5th floor, ie room no 503 , 504 which I occupied had no proper door locks. It was fitted with cheap swivel latches like the ones on wooden boxes, we ended up getting our right hand elbows injured.The rooms were mosquito infested, we all had a tough time with all the mosquito biting throughout the night, washbasin had either hot or cold water, the place smelled of rotting pineapple....Exhorbitantly priced rooms.... I was demanded an entirely different tarif than what was booked online. My total room rental for two rooms for three nights was 11,200 +( 20.9%tax) â¹ 2,340 Total â¹13,540 for which I was asked to pay up â¹18,985. The rooms were absolutely not worth even â¹ 13540 in spite of the location... The place also has a shady business feel... Please beware of getting trapped here. I recommend all to find some place better.

Checked in on 28 December 2016 in the afternoon.Had a pre booking and expected a decent welcome.Welcomed alright-but cold,yes I mean cold.
Luckily,reserved parking was available in the basement.
Imagine,it took a good 10 minutes to get a bell boy to move our luggage-frustrated,I was about to move the baggage my self when help arrived at last.
Linen and toiletteries ,the lesser said the better.Imagine you had to ask for the second towel when the PAX had been given correctly.
Must say the dinner served by room service was tasty,hot and well prepared and is a plus point.Where as the buffet breakfast was a total disappointment in quality and variety.
Ambience of room,the Reception and the Restaurant leaves much to be desired

The smiling face of Mr Prasanth,Manager there,gives much comfort,once we reach woodlands reception,after tidy travel.My overall experience of stay at Woodlands is excellent under the supervision of Mr Prasanth.I wish him all success
