Excellent accommodation all to a very high spec. Apart from towels and bedding being included we were amazed to discover toiletries, fridge basics and cupboard essentials all supplied. Attention to detail is amazing and we will definitely be back.

My husband and I loved everything about this cottage; it was exactly what we were looking for when we booked our 3 night stay in August 2015. Beautifully furnished, cosy and comfortable, we would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a peaceful break and will definitely be staying here again if we get the chance!

We have just spent a perfect Christmas break at Woodpeckers. The cottage is immaculate and to say it is like a home from home does not do it justice. Everything is so well equipped, that we wanted for nothing. Jo's attention to detail is impeccable and she could not have been more helpful. I would highly recommend a stay.

Recently returned from a wonderfully relaxing week at Woodpeckers, Nr St Austell, Cornwall. It is no longer a B & B but self catering, which worked out even better for us as we were able to have a few much needed lie ins! The accomodation was exquisite with every attention to detail. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious as was all the cottage. Charleston is the nearest quaint fishing port with bars, tea shops, restaurants, museum, gallery and antique shop. Woodpeckers is so well situated being a short walk from the Eden Project and a short drive to the amazing Lost Gardens of Heligan. Jo McCutcheon, the owner of Woodpeckers was so warm and welcoming and yet gave us space to just chill after a very frenetic time at home.
We would certainly return to Woodpeckers and wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to others.

We stayed for 2 days in July whilst visiting the Eden Project ( a short walk away) and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. The property was superb with lots of space, great facilities and a very warm welcome from Jo. More than enough provisions in a well stocked fridge and Jo clearly goes the extra mile. We would ( and already have ) recommend it to anyone
