poor service we went their in hotel spend some 10 minutes after that we left the service is poor and hotel is so durty as well as staff no other facilities avoid the same as their is many other hotels good and cheep

it is a great resort i have ever visited in pahalgam.the rooms are very beautiful.especially the view is really awesome outside the resort.the staff is very friendly and cooperative.the food is very delicious.i will visit again in this resort.

good resort and excellent services.staff is friendly we enjoy a lot.this is the resort where we feel family environment.we also find delicious food with different varieties. and tastes.This resort have a special quality that it fall in the middle meadows which attracts me more to visit again in the same resort.

we stayed in the property for 3 days. The cottage is situated among tall pine trees over viewing the river lidder. The cottage is all wood giving it a traditional look. It is situated away from the hustle & bustle of the town & is best for couples & family who love peace & solace. A lovely experience. The food is ok. Service is ok. But the property is wonderful. Overall a lovely experience

Stayed in the Hotel for 2Nights. We were 14 adults with 5 children and had booked 5 Rooms. The rooms are clean and spacious. The Bathrooms in the first floor are equipped with a walk-in wardrobe and bathtub. The second-floor rooms also have a decent Bathroom. The rooms are cozy with a wooden flooring and the Hotel staff is caring.
One of the kids from the group had her Birthday and the Hotel staff helped us in the celebrations.
The only problem is they have a common dining area which serves three hotels in the Block, so you have to wait till another group finishes their dinner. If you're a small family you don't have to worry about this as the Hotel has two dining tables near the receptions area where they serve food to small groups or families.
Overall it was a pleasant stay. Staff is good. Hotel is good. Special Thanks to the owner Mr.Amin - he's a very cooperative person.
