Karen and Chris are very welcoming hosts and the farmhouse is a very interesting old building. Our double room was clean and spacious with a view of the garden. There is good off road parking and it is in a very quiet location. Breakfast was a veritable feast, the sausages in particular deserve a special mention.

My daughter and I stayed here 1 night en route to Cornwall. The room was lovely! Lovely and clean and warm. The en suite was homely, and wonderful shower. Our host showed us how to turn the room thermostat up if we were cold.
Also, they tailored the timing of breakfast to suit us.

A one night stopover to visit my brother. Chose Yollands as it was close by and looked quite rustic. Getting to it was a little confusing as it is in a housing estate, all of the land around this farmhouse has been sold to developers over the years leaving this wonderful establishment a little isolated. An enjoyable stay, very comfortable and excellent breakfast.

This is as the name suggests an old farm house and is lovely, old beams everywhere and things that just donât quite fit (doors etc) real character.
Chris and Karen were very welcoming and helpful although the recommended pub was a bit of a let down.
Room was large with a jacuzzi bath and the best electric shower Iâve ever used, really powerful.
WiFi was good bearing in mind thick walls.
Just about to tuck in to a lovely looking breakfast.

Cant rate enough everything thought of fantastic room unbelievable shower lovely breakfast and a patient host :P thanks for a lovely stay lots of amenities around area would 100% stay here again bed also felt like home didnt even realise i was in a hotel in the morning haha
