We stayed in a private en suite room for 2 nights. A good clean room with comfortable bed. The hostel kitchen was being refurbished so 2 smaller units were in use which was awkward with too few utensils and equipment to meet demand. Well located and staff were good assisting with luggage storage on both arrival and departure. Would recommend.

Spent 2 nights in a small private room with bath. There was a kitchen, lounge, and laundry facilities, but, they weren't very clean or tidy though the actual room was.
Location was approximately 6 blocks from the Manabus stop. The town itself is very walkable and charming with shops and eateries.

I stayed in a 6-person dorm. The room and bathroom were clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils (and clean too). We arrived very late at night and there was someone to let us in. Would stay here again if we revisit Rotorua.

Stayed for three nights and loved it. What a great location and really good facilities. Excellent value for money - we were in an end suite double room. Other facilities e.g. the kitchen were a great help at keeping our costs down. We would definitely stat again.

Pretty good hostel, rooms were ok size, clean and comfortable. Showers and toilets also clean and showers hot. Kitchen is really good loads of cooking equipment and plenty of room for loads of people to cook at the same time. Would stay here again. :-) check in at 2pm and no earlier and check out 10am. Also located right next to base hostel which is where the kiwi bus picks up and drops off.
