Had my family wedding on the 9th Dec. Very very disappointed if you want to waste not only ur money but embarrass yourself on ur big day in front of your guests then have ur big day here. They promise the stars and the moon but canât even deliver a simple menu. Everything went wrong from start to finish. My brother in law was more involved to get their mistakes rectified to try and save embarrassment than attend the wedding.
Please donât really donât have your parties at this venue rather go to a local cafe who would do a better job

This hotel is nearby industrial areas such as TTC and Reliance Corporate Park. The food is good, the staff at front desk are very helpful. They changed room 3 times as per my request. I really appreciate that. However, the room service is very slow. Need to call 2 to 3 times and wait for 1 to 2 hours to get the menu card. Except that overall good experience.

Stayed here during the fortnight for a day in month of December. All i can say that each and everyone serves you with top notch Hospitality. Not a doubt the best in class hotel in Mumbai. Situated in proximity from the airport and local markets.
The check in was quick and the staff was very polite and attentive. The breakfast spread was amazing and rest everything was exceptional.
Coming towards departure, As i was having a delayed flight i requested the front desk staff for an extended check out as compared to the regular check out time and I guess it was Rony from the desk who had helped me with that.
Was not able to explore other hotel activities or restaurant but it definitely would have been exceptional as well. Right from the main porch to the room its amenities and the breakfast in morning was exceptional.
Its the best in town.

Cannot comment on location -- was chosen for because it's a 10min drive from the place of work I had to be at, however, need to mention that the place is well-connected by public transport, auto rickshaws and of course radio taxis available for a pick-up 24 hours, which I suppose translates into good location.
Very, very polite staff, pleasant to talk to and eager to help! Very impressed for a small set-up of this kind.
Rooms are clean, well-equppied with what you might need, I wish the lighting options were a little better in the room, they have all warm daylights, which is very nice actually, but if you want to read/paper work or get some work done, which I desperately had to, it can be a challenge, especially with no overhead lighting, only ambient lights along the falls and table lamps in the room. Bed was comfortable but they have rocks for pillows !!
Washrooms clean and basic, clean being very very important. They do not provide a hand towel- had to ask for one on all the days of my stay. If you need anything else that isn't already in the room, I think they will help and promptly too, I needed slippers and had a pair in under 5 minutes. Also, have to mention, unusually quiet, despite being on the main road, I'm not sure if it had to do with the upper floor I was in or that I was at the end of the corridor, but it was a welcome relief for me, it's something I look for, but don't always get everywhere.
They have a restaurant in the ground floor next to the reception which serves the dinner and breakfast buffets. Do not expect much from the food, very very standard fare, which again works fine, when you're not really here to eat. There appears to be something about the lighting in the morning, it's dull and dim when you come in for breakfast and i had to request all of the days to turn on a few lights,and they'd turn on only the ones close to me! Not sure why, but breakfast in darkness can be gloomy!!
There's another restaurant on the terrace that serves a-la-carte and a swimming pool and sea as well, which I did not have the time to explore, but just for information.

AMBIANCE -
They have a pretty class ambiance they had divided their space into two side one is their lounge side and another one is Their pool side area ,Mostly Couple seat near pool side to enjoy their perfect date but even Group of four and two can seat this side . With little bit of breeze in the air and dim lighting and slow back ground music will make your day ,Definitely one of the personal favorite for mine Just because They provids perfect ambiance as you expect On date or normally with any of your close friends. I was seating near pool side with my friend.I think this place can ne utilised more for seating purpose rather for the pool but it OK as its giving you view thats not a issue
SERVICE -
They have pretty good staff for serving and very hard working manager ,Their chef are also good at explaining things and Making sure that you will enjoy their taste ,service demand Management and I found that while calling staff on the table is bit far that's why ,but that's OK Its not an issue ,Btw their overall service was pretty good and really liked it

They are pretty high in this ,as they provide you classy ambiance with perfect presentation of dish ,so that you can enjoy your Meal.

Sheesha is available here as you can enjoy perfect flavourt of your taste ,I ordered Watermelon ,They have different kind of sheehsa which will give you different base ð

As I mention all the dish above this all dishes I had ordered ,Things which I really love it was their CHESSY STICK ðwhich include panner on the stick with their homemade sauce ð ,Another one was KUNG PAO MUSHROOM which comes in white plate with very decent presentation .
In main course they have decent variety ,I ordered PANEER TIKKA MASAL WITH NAAN AND GARLIC KULCHA ,I think this thing anybody will love it and you can never complain about paneer being vegetarianð
Another one was Rissoto which I had earlier in lume (andheri ) compare that was pretty decent and taste was also quite good .
In drinks as always I went fot mojito and pink lady and some shots at the end .Thing about their food is that they have proper chef and management person for each department and you won't get any new dish here but you will get the best dish with best taste ð¤
from starting to ambinace and ending on food with shots everything was perfect and to spend beautiful night with your beautiful people in your life then must visit this place and do tag me @houseoffoody
