Initially I was disappointed with few things like a non working mini fridge. And offering regular room along with an âupgrade offerâ for a Club room whereas I booked a club room only. Thanks to TripAdvisor to educate me on which was regular and which was club rooms. But my remaining experience was very good, especially the staffs and their services. I went into some trouble of my own and the staffs were very courteous and helpful towards me even at odd hours. The breakfast buffets was quite good to cover all corners. They can get you a cab for sight seeing within 15 minutes with decent car and driver. Check in check out process was quick. And location is awesome, away from hustle and bustle of rail station and markets but right on a prominent road to access the whole city easily. Will like to comeback!

Rooms are nice n big not for that value of Rs 5000/day. Buffet breakfast variety is there but food is also not up to the mark. It is 15 min walking distance from station. Not value for money at all.....

We stayed in Nov'17. We had booked 5 rooms and on reaching hotel good service. Club Rooms are spacious & with all modern amenities. Breakfast is complimentary.However the menu is a bit repetitive. The staff is well trained & listened to our small needs as well. Overall, we had good experience at hotel & all our family members were satisfied. The taxi service number provided by hotel also was good & provided good cars on time.

The front desk is very courteous and very helpful. Rooms were very clean. We did not take the breakfast option available but otherwise very quite and peaceful place. It is on the main road but hardly any noise from outside. The staff is very helpful and polite. It is located at a very convenient place and most of the places are accessible.

Buffett is awesome with a lot of choices. Location is very good nearby railway station. Neat and clean hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Receptions is helpful and polite. 24 hours check in is an added advantage
