Accidentally visit cirebon and spent 3d2n at this hotel. Quite cheap and surprisingly there are paid tv channel in the room, for only idr 250.000/night its a luxury lol
The room is large, booked 4 room for whole family. Mine is good. But my parents room have an ac problem, call the frontdesk and complaint abt it they switch my parents to the other room which is more modern and stylish but not so spacious as mine. My room is large, but the bathroom is old for a hotel, there are stain everywhere. oh my god. Ended i take a shower in my parents room lol..
Dont expect too much on breakfast ya :p

Booked a suite room. The hotel room was big but the airconditioner was not working properly. It needed a long time for the room to be cold even though that day qas horribly hot.
One of the power outlet was out of its place which is really concerning.
The bathroom was dirty. The toilet looks old and not clean. Also, there was a big dent in the bath tub.
The receptionist literally let someone smoke in the lobby even though it was airconned.
There was not much choice for breakfast. All the food was unappetising.
I personally don't recommend staying in this hotel.

I just spent one night at this hotel. The atmosphere at this hotel is quite odd. hahaha at the lobby you'll see a display of various gems (that's why this hotel named Zamrud).
The elevator is old and narrow. Since i booked for standard room, my room located at the third floor and really faaaaarrrr to the corner of the hotel. Maybe i spent three-five minutes to reach elevator. hahaha
My room is quite nice and modern. I assumed that my room is new because the bigger room have an old design. The cable TV quite surprising because i don't expect this cheap room provide a paid tv channel like HBO, etc.
The bathroom and room quite smelly but i called the room service and asked for air freshener. then the problem solved. Hahaha.
The location of the hotel is strategic, it is located near malls and train station. Many food stalls and restaurant near the hotel. Becak and Angkot are also available until midnight.
I had a great time in this hotel but i really think that they should fix the breakfast menu. They had various menu for breakfast but the taste is very so-so.

This hotel is worth its name, Zamrud (emerald), because it is a real gem in Cirebon. The green building is very well located near Grage Mal, yet quiet and affordable. We stayed in the VIP room which was huge. The bathroom was OK, and the breakfast as well. It has a swimming pool, but we didn't have the opportunity to try it.

This hotel is really a bargain. We paid less than 300 000 RP per room. The room was large (two options: double or single). Wifi is available at 1st floor only. Pretty OK. Breakfast is not that great but considering it is a two stars(?) it is rather acceptable. The swimming pool is a public swimming pool and it is not that great. If you just want to have a place to sleep/rest in Cirebon I would recommend to pick this one.
