Remote location from the main road.
Not impressed ,the rooms look okay but have no airconditioning in the living space.
Gym is a small room enclosed in 4 walls with dust on the equipment,bar seemed not operational.
The offer was to have a pick up and drop arranged by hotel from my workplace , but with a huge waiting time as there are not enough cabs / drivers at the moment.
Has lot of potential to improve, given the competition in Hinjewadi.

Hello All,
i have booked this hotel for our 60 guests who are visiting us here in pune for a wedding. i was tired of looking for many budget hotels who will give me a good deal...but this is the best deal i have got for 25 rooms including BBF.
I would like to tell you that, this hotel is situated near hinjewadi(IT Zone) outskirts of the pune but most silent place to relax with ample amount of space in hotel. I would rather this is not an hotel but an resort.
Rooms are so big over here, almost like a 1BHK flat that you'll always feel to be in your home with great service around you.
The Hotel is spacious and big with all the modern amenities. Staffs are very friendly and supportive, specially Mr Amol Bhosale who's ready to help you always.
This is a budget hotel which will give you feeling to be in Royal resort in small cost.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone and enjoy your stay!!

I stayed there for 3 days on a business trip . This is a big property and looks like a apartment complex. All good except the location . This is very far and no transport (No auto also come to that area). The main road leading to Hotel is very Pathetic.
Lucklily hotel people will arrange transport to near by IT offices on morning and evening.
If you want to go outside you should have some luck to convince cabbies.

Stayed here for one night during a business trip to Pune. Very close proximity to Hingewadi infotech park. So, if you are on a business trip and have work at infotech park, this is the best place to stay. Nice and clean apartment hotel with good breakfast.

rooms were not properly maintained. leaks from the bathroom and not clean at all. after asking it was all rectified however rooms should be maintained. good room service and housekeeping staff. good dining options, nice menu and nice service.
