Great hotel with nice ambience and a very attentive staff. The rooms and bathroom were neat and clean. Very good dining experience as well. Tasty food, and the tables were well attended by the staff.
The hotel is just a 1 km away from Taj mahal. The locality where the hotel is situated (main road) has good restaurants and feels safe from other areas of the city.
We would recommend this place to anyone, be it for business, family, couples or solo travel. It was an absolutely pleasure to stay at this wonderful little oasis in Agra.

Pathetic service. Higly rude staff. Services are generallu delayed. We asked for extra bed in one of the rooms. And we got at the same 2 AM, after asking for like 4-5 times. They do not even serve water to drink even after asking for 4 times. DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

We went there with our business friends for dinner and the place was opted by one of them who lives in agra and who had also rented the hotels banquet earlier for his own party. The ambience was okay, not too modern not too old. Taste of the food was little above average. I mean we had ordered paneer chilli dry and the skin of it was coming out when it was served. Curry & breads were good though in taste too. Waiters were up to date and served us with a smile and had table ethics too. We were the last group to leave that day at around 12.30pm but they still served with smile.

Very nice palace to day, we booked it for our weekend stay in Agra. The staff services was excellent food was very good. Location wise perfect if you want to visit the Taj, very close by just took 10 mins to reach there
